Breaking news to Chrismckradio, golf legend Tiger Woods was involved in a serious car crash in Los Angeles, California on Monday morning. Wood's car rolled over after he accidentally hit a curb and a sign. According to reports, Wood's injuries are not life threatening. He reportedly has two broken legs from the accident.
According to sources, Woods was pulled out of the car by using the Jaws of Life tools by medics. The medics had to pop open Wood's vehicle's windshield to get him out of his SUV.
Woods, 45, was recuperating from a back procedure he had back in December. It wasn't known at the time when he would resume his golf career.
PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan sent out a statement on Woods today.
" On behalf of the PGA Tour and our players, Tiger is in our prayers and will have our full support as he recovers."
Woods, an 82-time PGA Tour winner, a 5-time Masters champion, which was his 15th major title. He is considered one of the all-time greatest golfers ever in history. He recently played in an exhibition at the PNC Championship with his 11-year-old son Charlie in December, few days before his back procedure.
