Breaking news, according to the Associated Press, the New York Jets traded their All-Pro safety Jamal Adams to the Seattle Seahawks for two first-round picks for the next two seasons.
According to reports, the Seahawks will also trade their third-round pick in 2021 to the Jets, and they are trading safety Bradley McDougald to the Jets.
Adams, 24, was very irate at the Jets for not paying him a lot of money, and reportedly criticized the team, and has verbally attacked his former coach Adam Gase in a newspaper interview and owner Woody Johnson on his Twitter account.
Adams wanted a huge deal from the Jets, he wanted to be the highest paid safety in the league, according to reports.
The Seahawks are in discussion with Adams on a long term deal, pending Adams and McDougald physicals to complete the trade.
