Breaking news, Golden State Warriors' All-Star guard Klay Thompson will miss the entire 2020-21 NBA season due to suffering a right Achilles tendon tear on Thursday. Thompson underwent an MRI on Thursday, according to sources.
Thompson, 30, injured his Achilles tendon during a pick up game with several NBA players in Los Angeles. He felt severe pain in his calf area when he landed on his leg.
Thompson miss all of last season after tearing his ACL in his left knee during the 2019 NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors. According to reports, Thompson is expected to make a full recovery.
