Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson will be suspended for 6 games by the NFL league offices in the upcoming season for violating the league's personal conduct policy, due to allegations of sexual misconduct to many female massage parlor attendants.

According to sources, the NFL recommended that Watson be suspended for the entire season but made the decision for Watson to be suspended only for 6 games. The league didn't feel Watson's actions were violent in nature, but falls into the bad behavior category of conduct detriment to the league.
Watson been accused of sexual assault during massage sessions by 25 women, while Watson was a member of the Houston Texans. Watson reportedly has settled in civil court 20 out of 24 lawsuits. Watson was never indicted by the grand jury.
Watson will be eligible to return on Oct. 23 at Baltimore.
When the suspension begins Watson is set to lose six of his $57,500 per game checks, for a total $345,000 lost off his $1,35 million base salary in 2022.
