Miami Northwestern High coach Max Edwards has been suspended indefinitely for allegedly breaking policies by having his team practicing during the coronavirus pandemic, according to multiple sources.
The high school is currently conducting a probe on Edwards, and the coach will continue to serve his suspension until further notice.
Edward's Bulls football team has won the Florida state championships during the past three seasons. They won the Class 6A state title in 2017, and 2018. They won the Class 5A championship last season.
